*NEW POLICY* Standard shipping for all orders is FREE! Terra Vim ships all products via standard shipping, usually arriving within 5-7 business days. If you need rush shipping, please call Terra Vim at 866-647-4372 for a custom rate. Terra Vim products are available in the United States only.
Return Policy
Because our products are of the highest quality available, we feel you will be 100% satisfied. But in the rare case you are not satisfied with any of our products, our return guidelines are below.
All returns must be pre-approved by Terra Vim. Please call Terra Vim (866-647-4372) or send an email to customerservice@terravim.com if you have a product you would like to return. Please have your order number ready.
- Within 30 Days: Returns will be accepted for sealed/unopened/unmarked products within 30 days with an explanation and company authorized return confirmation number for a full refund less shipping costs in the same manner purchase was made. We will accept returns for opened products ONLY if dissatisfaction is due to manufacturing abnormalities. We will not accept returns for opened product beyond the 30 day purchase time frame.
- 30-90 Days: We will accept any unopened returns between 30-90 days of purchase with an explanation and company authorized return confirmation number for a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs in the same manner purchase was made.
- After 90 Days: We will not accept product returns 90 days or later from the purchase date.
